Northeast Louisiana | Yeah, I took those on the first day and had the sieves too open. The ears tipped back a bit and those tips were breaking off and getting in there when I took that pic. I did clean it up a bit later that day. This is a rice combine with full rice spikes on the rotor, not the best setup for corn but works great for soybeans and rice. Doesn't break up the cob too badly, but it was breaking the tips off of these. This corn goes from our bins to a chicken feed mill, and the chickens never seem to mind. Ha Ha!
