Pythium, Phytophthora, and water. Looks to me like if our beans don't drown or rot they get killed by Pythium or Phytophthora. We are battling water worse and worse every year. It is ruining a lot of our soils. Nearly 30% PP this year and some of it is wetter now than it was when we were planting back in May. Meanwhile a nice soaking rain would be good for the rest of the corn after the last week's heat.
