1960 ft pivot will do 277 acres not counting end gun. @ half circle would be 138 acres. @5gpm/acre works out to about 700 gpm. So 800 s/b good. Depends on what medium rock is but I would think you should have plenty of water. I assume there is already irrigation in the area?
