Good grief. . I know we had tiny pacifier toy pendants when I was in college.  I see people have spoiled it now.

I was in a CVS Pharmacy the other day and the cashier was complaining about how her kids didn't listen to her and texted when she was trying to talk to them.  She remarked that when she was growing up, she wouldn't have gotten away with something like that.  And THEN she said, "My, kids sure are different these days."  To which I replied, "So are parents."  She shot me a REALLY dirty look.  True though isn't it?  Kids WOULDN'T "get away" with "stuff like this" if the parents wouldn't LET them.
