Had a client with corn like that (happens every year) and I tissue tested it and it was super high in N so I doubt adding more would help unless there's none left in your ground. I'd test and see what it needs. I always recommend cultivating when the corn looks like that in ground that got pounded with rain. Let the roots breathe and grow.
