Lot of ag history at Living History Farms and the best food in DSM is in the same parking lot at The Machine Shed. Living History farms has a 1600's, 1850 and 1900 working farmstead as well as an 1850 town. All hands on with period dressed interpreters. Machine Shed has more food than one should be allowed to eat.
