Nevada, Iowa | In this neck of the woods, so far as I am aware, the state prefers to mow Canada thistle which is a complete waste of time. I know that they buy some Scorpion from time to time but I never see evidence of it being used. The county level is a much different story. I think we have a weed commissioner but I highly doubt that he knows a thistle from sour dock unless he happened to sit on one accidentally. | |
