My wife & I went to Yankton,SD on Wednesday & all of NW Iowa looked really good. As soon as we got to the SD border on Hwy. 50 conditions deteriated pretty fast. They had way to much rain for their flat laying ground. Alot of ground never even got planted yet, just a mess a weeds coming up, it's a bad deal for them.
