Subject: RE: Casey Anthony trial juror question?

West Texas

All fault lies with the prosecution for bringing this case to trial without a shred of evidence. The Medical Examiner said that he couldn't state the cause of death so the prosecutor got a TV forensic anthropologist to state that she would call it a homicide because duct tape was found in the bag. There has been too many people in this country convicted on circumstantial evidence, that spent numerous years in prison and then were released because evidence surfaced that proved they were not guilty. In a lot of those cases it was proven that the prosecutor withheld evidence that would have resulted in a not guilty verdict.  The judge in this case also allowed the prosecution to pull a lot of shady crap.
