Von, we overlapped each sheet of steel an extra rib to get it all to fit..... and yes we put a sealer on the top rows of steel.

I've never watched the flag side during a rain but on the North side that faces the house....it runs towards the center between the 2 dormers and then down....and dries off fairly quickly/evenly after a rain.

I'd have to look if I have pictures on this 'puter of the other side and the install....I know I put some on here?  but they're on FaceBook for sure.

PS. that barn would make a nice canidate.....  *GRIN*
