Not to hijack your thread Mike but FSA and RMA have come into play on the issue of planting into headed out cover crop like we had in Ohio this year.

I agree on the tie up of N and prefer a legume after grass so I would rather plant beans into headed out rye too Mike B but corn prices have made farmers react differently this year.
