| Sounds like whomever was doing the repairs was very ignorant to the transmission, Power Director clutches, and the hydraulic system (pump and valve for the transmission). If the pump was worn/worn out and obviously had low GPM flow, you probably owe for the pump and the labor required to test it and change it out....in fact I'm sure you owe at least for that and the original repairs. Anything else needs to be on them as "re-work". They should want to settle with you like this and avoid any "bad press" to their other customers??? | |
