SA, Australia | putting a 20Amp fuse on it is overkill. 13 (or 12) Gauge wire with a 10 Amp fuse is enough for an EZ-Guide 500 and EZ-Steer system as if you look at the inline fuse that comes with the 500 it is 10 Amp and is designed to run the screen, EZ-Steer, EZ-Boom (the comms side anyway) Radio etc. all from the one power line.
If you have EZ-Boom then yes 10AWG with 30 Amp should suffice. Though I generally have a seperate power line for my EZ-Booms just cause the wiring loom I get does. | |
