Dodge County, WI | We had the same problem. It worked fine for a long time, then started acting up. This is a power issue to the T2 (not enough). If you are still using the Cig outlet to power the units, find the power cables, and switch where the power goes into the harness. Usually people plug the T2 into the EZ500 power cable (T2 getting power from the EZ500). Unplug the T2 from that cable, and plug in the cigarette plug into that. Then plug the EZ500 power plug into the aux outlet on the T2 power cable. Now the T2 gets the power first and the display gets the rest (EZ500 getting power from the T2). We never had problems since.
