Also keep in mind that the boomers are at retirement age and older, and the next generation behind them ain't as big. That means we may be in a LONG TERM housing glut. Not that I think that's a bad thing.

I hear this from time to time and I don't have any numbers in front of me but I'm just wondering...If our population is growing every year, wouldn't every generation be bigger than the one before it? Maybe that's not what was meant by "big," but every time I hear that I cringe, but I've never actually done any research. So just curious if anyone has the numbers. |
