| If I had CASH I would invest in rental housing and undervalued urban and suburban lots right now. Wouldn't expect my money back on the lot's any time soon. Also keep in mind that the boomers are at retirement age and older, and the next generation behind them ain't as big. That means we may be in a LONG TERM housing glut. Not that I think that's a bad thing.
Grain right now is tied to speculators and hedge funds and QE. I don't think it's the end of the world in grains, but, I also don't think every farmer will have a ferrari in the garage anytime soon. | |
