west central IL. | At our dealership, only techs with AMS training or hands on with rate controllers would know about it. So the short answer is no, I would say most techs would not know. Just my experience with dealers in this area, may be better in other areas. I am the customer service rep. also here and go out and help start equipment on the farm. As advanced as some of the equipment is we feel like it is needed so that the customer have the best possible experience. | |
