NE SD
Our mounting brackets are different as they are planter specific and only have one mount location. That black "nub" should hit on the bottom side of the round piece of cast. The v bracket that the wheels bolt to should be just a fraction from hitting the upright that the planter shank attaches to. This is with the unit hanging like the planter is out of the ground. At that point I have about a half inch of cylinder shaft left exposed on the gfx unit. Ours always spring up as far as they can. Have you removed the metal plug for the hydraulic line? Could be air trapped in the unit.
