North Central Illinois | I believe that is how it works. With a silent rent auction you submit the fee with your bid and then the winner is announced several weeks later. With a live auction you have to register with the fee several days ahead of time or present cash or cashiers check the day of auction. These guys weren't born yesterday. Plowboy is right. What some here have suggested is illegal. Stopping payment on something you agreed to or bought is illegal. | |
