Just sayin', what WOULD happen if one (or all) of the unsuccessful bidders stopped payment on their checks? Would/could there be legal ramifications? But, when you think of the caliber of someone having that type of sale, bettin' they asked for cashier's checks. Greed often brings out someones true colors.
