I'm in NE S.DAK. and it WILL be a late spring here,still have some snow around.Will be plenty of PP acres here unless April gets warm and windy.I just can't beleive USDA's extra corn acres for N. and S. DAK. Sure guys want to plant more,but its not going to happen.
