In my little world, the local ethanol plant wasn't contracting corn for the immediate 6 weeks, after the report, they are contracting for near term delivery plus they dropped the basis down.  I have never seen a plus basis here, but they are  +.16 for August delivery now.  Makes me think they could be worried about supply.  The other nearest ethanol plant was a -.95 basis for months and now are a -.45 since the report.  I have yet to price any 2010 corn, but before I do that I need to price the rest of the 2009!!
