North Central Kansas | I had a good sheet rock guy put up the rock,,,,that was not for me!
in evenings I can go out and spend and hour drinking a beer and mudding
i don't have to have this room done till end of year.
that included gutting, framing, flooring, walls, ceiling, paint, door, window
windows due in this week
mudding to be done, then I am to sweep it, clean it up, and put 1 coat of primer on and I am done!
wife is resposible for final paint, carpet...(pro coming in) 3 foot of tile by entrance for the stove.
then I have to help move her $@#^%$%@ upstairs and put in it.
Then paint room for kids room...she will be in jr high and gets own bedroom next year | |
