Highland co. Ohio | From the little I (think I) know reading online about it, since the Clinton assault weapons ban was lifted a few years ago many things are allowed with the right palms greased. The mare's leg is a pistol and it has a grip, not a stock. Since it is made as a pistol it can be sold like any other pistol. To cut down a rifle you have to pay a $200 BATF tax stamp, I have no idea what paperwork is required to do that. I THINK you can go through the BATF with a shotgun also but a non rifled short barrel can't be sold from a manufacture. Please correct me If I'm wrong. Also some states won't allow any of this. | |
