NC Iowa | I think the most dangerous part of the situation is that the rest of his landowners will hear of the situation, and then wonder why they are "only" getting $300 when he is willing to pay 500. Thats when things start going downhill, especially if grain drops in the next two years and you are stuck on the high end of the spectrum losing money on every acre. | |
