imagine what rent the guy could afford if it yields 225 and he's a genius and sells on June 24th when dec futures are at $8.80? Pulling numbers out of the air....but that equates to an enormous potential.
and of course he could yield 155 cuz he mudded it in and the rain shut off June-August and he waited for higher prices to cover the lower yield and ends up relying on crop insurance.....wait, is he guaranteed a profit with the 95% at 6.01?
