That only works for him on one condition. The price of hamburger and bread needs to get back to '08 levels in a hurry. We've already seen what the grocery industry has done with the relativley small price increase of cereal grains. I don't think they will give up their price increases nor do I think the beef industry can whack 1/4 to 1/3 of the counter price off of meat fast enough to help.
