Seems like a good machine for the price to me.  The last I checked, tired PC220 and 200 Komatsus that were getting to the point that they needed a new undercarriage were being sold for around that around here.  This was from the Komatsu rep and a fellow that wore them out fairly regularly.  If the boom isn't cracked to bits and the rest of it has had some major overhauls done it's probably a pretty good machine.  Doesn't mean that another possibly better one won't come along though.
