Have gone through this planter over the last two years and replaced or upgraded many aspects of the planter. One last thing is puzzling me. When folding closed, it doesn't come together with enough authority and tight enough. Even with the safety screw fully extended, I can't quite catch both sides to be able to winch it up tight. Where's my problem?
