SW Iowa | You fuel flows into the front of the head to the injectors through a common port. If we say #3 is blowing combustion gas into the fuel system, then #4,5,and 6 will be getting fuel with combustion gas in it making it run rough. If just #5 is leaking combustion, then only #6 will be effected the most. Then the fuel goes back to the filter housing and return to tank.
I have put the return line into a bucket partially full of fuel and then you can see lots of bubbles. This will be harder in a truck, having to load it in 6th gear. It may be almost time to strap the truck to the dyno to be able to run it at speed and check stuff. What is fuel pressure when it gets to 6th gear?
