I would think the board will be up a lot if not the limit if Iowa is getting or will get anything like Nebraska. There was a report of over 8 inches of rain close to Wilbur, which is I would consider southeast Nebraska. There will be no planting for several days with no more rain, and rain is in the forecast for a couple days yet.
