Southcentral WI | I'll be angry about the stimulus dollars that Deere & Co. threw at this CEO when you post HARD numbers about what they took from the gov't. I agree, the stimulus dollars were a bad deal, but I'm not willing to pin it on this company when their worldwide ag sales are extremely strong, and the domestic market for JD ag equipment is buying new green paint left and right. Everyone's willing to discount Deere for their compensation of this CEO, but nobody's willing to put the way he's compensated on here....is it a percentage of gross revenue or is it just $12 mil 'thrown' at him in poorly figured compensation? Unless you can answer that correctly, you're just blowing smoke.
