Best Quality Pics? Or best bang for buck?
I have been really happy with Digital Rebel. It is a Digital SLR, fantastic pics, great lenses available with features to take minute movement errors out of hand shake-makes a HUGE difference in picture quality. Not at all a great camera if you want to stick it in a coat pocket or purse.
Best Camera?
