have to find out what model the transmission is and tire size.

Deal breaker? Maybe, maybe not.

On the 4.33 at 1700 rpm...

...with a 11R24.5 with a .73 transmission ratio will get 67.8 mph. Doable for sure.

...with 275/80R22.5 and a 1.0 transmission will get 45.7 mph. That would be suck big time.

Change that to 255/70R22.5 and now you are doing 41.8. Sucks even more.
