just a tish NE of central ND
Had that happen here too...... Truck wandered and floped on its side in the center of the pavement and did a 180 on its side..... Driver unhurt and cattle injured some. Driver in shock and remorsefull......one of bout 7 trucks in a group on a sunday.Patrol officer was demanding......and unfamiliar with what needed to be done.
From my understanding, Leaglly , not even the driver is supposed to open the truck untill it reaches its destination when it has Canadian imported cattle in it on its wasy to a US feed lot.
