I will be glad to help you with an explanation of FODM issues when exporting to the GS2, but I have not been told that Ag Leader endorses FODM, so I'm not sure if your use of FODM for the GS2 is within the intended scope of SMS or not.   In any regard, if you let me know, preferably via e-mail, what the issues are that you are having, I'll try to provide an explanation for what might cause them.
