that is a really good deal for a 12 row. I have had one deal like this also and really look over papers now, but he did look at the planter so I would say he is stuck with the original deal if I was on the jury. You will never get them to hold to that verbal agreement so I do understand your frustration. there is just a bunch of machinery moving right now and these guys are getting careless.
