The Marathon 7022's are good cattle, ie., MODERATE, STYLE and real strong from the maternal stand.
Dave, the reason the prospect looks unique is because he IS.
Marathon is a GRASS based Angus genetic ( Conley / OCC ) with a decent rib eye area.
Seems like the 598 in there adds more maternal, more importantly perhaps adds a consistent negative RFI index too.
He should throw thee best looking calves you've ever had ( and they should REALLY perform too...especially on grass ).
