It's becoming more common, we can do it through my bank but make sure your accountant/tax person thoroughly reviews the documents, it up to them and you to defend the lease if the IRS comes calling. I don't know how Farm Credit does it...but we have an attorney do all our paper work then our customer will have his tax person okay it...
