C IL | Spray foam - about 1-2", so you can still add/use/see the wiring, etc ?
I had my unfinished basement walls and box sills sprayed with 3" foam late last winter. Went from floor down 4 feet onto the unfinished walls.
Unbelievable difference. Knew it needed done before. The foam just seals everything off.
Different cost than you are thinking, but perhaps a better deal to make the basement warm for storage?
