I want to add fiberglass to the basement ceiling/ under first floor of our old house. Did a quick check on prices:
40s sqft roll of R13 $10 eac
27 sq ft roll of R25 $20
They always say bigger is better, but for out purpose would the R13 fulfill the purpose? This a concrete, unfinished basement, open ceiling with lots of wiring/plumbing to work around, ( if that makes a diff)
