I welded for a few years i was supposto weld X amount of parts on my shift i doubled that a couple nites The Forman was my best friend I latter found out he got paid for every piece i did over the quota I returned to my Quota he was mad at me if i work hard at a job i want to see reward also so that ended working for a company | |
