What would happen though if you told the state that he wasn't fired and he's more then welcome to come back and work?.... Then make him clean out the septic tank by hand.
I havn't dealt with this either. Just thinking out loud. I have to wonder if that text will even work as proof though. Be very easy for him to say someone else had his phone or it was sent as a joke or something. | |
