The most practical way I know of achieving what you want to do is with the "Guide to Feature" option. We use it all the time to map and then guide to the sugar cane rows in fields planted before the GPS was adopted into the industry here.

To do this, go into the Features setup (spanner, system, setup, features) and make a new "Line" feature there and call it "strip till lines". When you go back to the farming screen you should see that new "strip till lines" feature will appear as one of the options now available. To start recording your lines, at the start of every run simply press the "strip till lines" tab and as you drive it will be recording a line where you drive. You can keep the feature on but I'd suggest you turn it off at the end of every run AND DON'T FORGET TO TURN IT BACK ON at the start of the next pass. If you create them all in the one day there will only be the one feature file to load and it will have all the lines as individual lines. If you forget to turn it off the tractor will still follow that line and turn into the next pass on its own.

When you want to drive to any of these lines simply go into the Swaths Management screen and beside the A-B line tab there you will see the Features tab. Press that and the feature file/s will appear. Select the one you want (if there is more than one) and then press Load. These feature lines become guidance lines and the Autopilot will drive to them. It won't swath off them and that is why you need to record EVERY one you want to follow under guidance. All you have to do is drive to the closest one and it will automatically "snap" to it and off you go.

Good luck!
