south carolina | need rtk system running greenstar ready tractors and a cih 3200 with viper want 1 inch accuracy and repeatability ; neighbor has autofarm but uses base station that he moves for one field to the next.. Deere dealer planning a network of towers that will give coverage. autofarm dealer wants to sell me one that works off of cell phone, but I can verily talk on one without losing a call much less using it to autosteer. haven't talked with trimble yet. Farm layout 18 mile radius from grain leg (only 75ft) lots of small fields (10 or less) lots of woods and hedge rows. some fields larger (50-75ac) furtherest away. would like to plant, spray, harvest grain, dig peanuts (that where the real need for accuracy is needed) any help or knowledge from use is appreciated | |
