Northern Indiana | We use Toughbooks in our county for the Ambulances and some Firetrucks to do run reports and recieve dispach information from the CAD. I have had never had one fail from being handled too rough. The touchscreen works well, but I have had troubles when working in very cold weather.
I do not know the particular model other than Panasonic, but if it can be broken, one of the guys would have done it by now.
