damage to a 2166. My insurance payed , tenant said I told them to leave it in field .
Needless to say tenant was gone when lease was up . They seemed to think I was a
jackass for not renewing there lease. When I inspected house they had done
$3000 dollars worth of damage in 5years. No more school teacher tenants.
If I buy any more land with a house it is gone as soon as I destory it.
