nw pa | A coupler made from a barrel and a couple wraps of old nylon carpet will work for many years. We like to wrap most road pipes with old carpet . Keeps the ends from washing out keeps the joint from washing out. holds the gravel till it packs,allows the grass to grow through it, gets rid of old carpet. Also use them on standpipe overflows for the same reasons. doesn't rot away. One thing to be careful of is mowing over them till they get some age on them.lol | |
