Leesburg, Ohio
We have made our own couplers for years to use on dual-wall corregated pipe by cutting sections off the single-wall pieces that sometimes come in the centers of the large 3000' rolls of field tile. On schedule 40 pvc, i bet you could even use a piece of dual-wall corregated. Cut a short piece about 18"-24" long, split it length-wise with one cut, and snap it in place. Any local ditching contractor will have some around.
