Good reminder. MO passed this law about 2 years ago and I haven't gotten used to pulling out my hitch yet. I can see a reason for the rule. About 10 years ago I got rear-ended by a woman and my hitch punched all the through her grill and radiator and screwed the fan up. It might have been almost as bad without the hitch but maybe the radiator and fan would have been saved.
